All of our breads are made in the traditional manner using family recipes. Each bread has it's own unique texture and flavor. Our yeast breads are made with a few basic ingredients including flour, sugar, water, yeast, salt and sweetener (raw sugar, local honey and/or granulated sugar. The simpleness of these ingredients provides an outstanding flavor allowing the nutty grains to shine through.
Light and fluffy, never heavy. Delicious and flavorful, never bland. Tender texture, never dry.
Each loaf is vacuum sealed and bagged to maintain freshness and texture.
